question on exhaust systems
I just traded my 97 in and joined the ranks of the LS1 powered and was wondering what exhaust system sounds the best for these cars. I had the hooker set up on my 97 and loved the way it had a nice growl until I hit the go pedal. Will the hooker sound the same for the LS1 or should I go with something else.

The sound of a lt1 is hard to beat...but a hooker still sounds really good on a ls1 and has a decent price tag.

GMMG is going to be your best bet....but you'll pay for it. Magnaflow is a very nice CB for a decent price. Hooker isnt too bad either, although I prefer Magnaflow over it. But sound is subjective.
