Premium Fuel; run it or not?

So how many people run premium fuel in their LS? Just wondering if i should or not.

91 or better. Whatever your premium is. ALL the time.

Worth the 20-25 cents more a gallon to keep your motor from pinging.

I've always run 93, only what, .10/gal over 91? Run what the owners manual says - probably either but performance will be diminished some with the lower octane.

I've never run anything but premium. The price difference over 87 is only .20, that's a small price to pay for peace of mind.

If you don't run premium we're going to take your T/A away.

Run premium. Always. 94 octane is all over around my parts. But when they have 87 , 89 , 93, and 94..... and 94 is 12 to 15 cents more for one octane. Screw that.

I run mid grade and not by choice. Gas has been around 1.33/L or about 5.32/Gal before currency conversion. And thats for Regular. Thats a big hit on the pocket book.

    No.

And unless you bump timing it is a waste of money.
I wouldn't see a gain with race fuel....I don't knock now on pump gas.

A lot of people run premium in cars that run great on regular, waste of money. In an LS1, you NEED premium, so pony up
