power steering pressure hose
my power steering pressure hose is leaking,bought a new hose today,does the power steering pump have to be removed to replace this hose?any tips would be appreciated,thanks.

No. It isn't fun, but you can do it without pulling the pump. Be patient.

ick...definately not fun, but the nut on mine was very easy to break. i belive it's a 17mm. Might wanna try needle nose pliars to break it until it clears the reseviour.

thanks,i believe its the hose that is leaking all over the alternator(i have to replace it too)hope the ps pump is not leaking as well,i don't think it is,i rubbed my hand on the bottom of the ps pump all it was dry so i have my fingers crossed.we have not worked 40hrs a week this year so money is getting tight.
