Plug life
Does the age of the spark plug matter versus the mileage? My 98 SS has the orginal plugs, but the car only has 34,000. Should I change the plugs based on age alone?

As long as the wires are'nt cracked, leaking spark, dry rotted etc.etc. There's nothing wrong with the original plugs. 34,000 miles is 34,000 miles, today or 10 years from now. Plugs don't usually go bad from sitting, but spark plug wires can......

silver- 2000 formula
my 100,000 mile plugs looked pretty good.........they were the delco IR's
