Get the headers with the egr hook ups. Also, you will need o2 extensions!!! I just did my full exhaust as well. If you are getting long tube headers, you should also get an offroad y pipe!!

if you get the o2 extensions, the SES light wont come on then right?

like said above, take this as the chance to delete the egr/air systems (loose some weight and clutter under the hood). i recommend plugs/wires while you are doing LT's. reuse the GM gaskets on the headers. you will need a freeze plug for your intake where either the egr or air goes back in (i cant remember what size though)
if you are doing true duals i wouldnt think you need a y-pipe (but i dont know for sure).
you will need a tune for sure, so with the air/egr delete the tune will take care of your SES light. while getting a tune get rid of your skip shift.

I'd get the race style headers and delete the air/egr. Then you'll need a tune to delete the trouble codes that'll pop up. Should have no problem passing emissions after that. Get the air/egr blockoff plates here: http://www.speedinc.com/cont.cfm?cid=C0000045
Ya you won't need a Y pipe with true duals.
