Opinions on the best true dual set up please.
I have a 98 Z28. I plan on installing LTs, pacesetter or hooker very soon. A cam and so on, afterwards. What do you guys think is the best set up for true duals, brand and size? What do you think would sound the best? I've been looking on LS1 sounds and think Texas Speed sound good dumped? Any opinions from guys with experience would be gladly appreciated.

i run the bassani tru-duals on both of my cars. runs all the way out the back. check your local laws, you may not be able to have dumped exhaust before the axle. the bassani is dual 2.5" with x-pipe.

I don't think I can run them in front of the axle, but I have a guy that does inspections for my dad and I. We just call, he writes up whatever we need. Unless I were to get pulled over because of it, I don't think it will be an issue. I see a lot of guys that dump in front of the axle in my area, so I could probably get by with it. Thanks for the advice.

some people are running into clearance issues with TSP. I just ordered mine so I will let you know what I think after install. As far as the best I dont know if you could beat a custom set up.

I have TSP TD with Pacesetter LTs, Torquer V3, and Morosso Spiral Flows. I have absolutely NO cleareance issues, and I also have a 98 Z28. I've had them on for a few weeks now and have not rubbed once! Sounds sick as hell too! See below:

I actually raised them up another 2 inches since making that video. The one on the driver side is about a cm away from the fuel lines. They're barely visible from the back of the car.
