Which one should i do ?

I have 2 different options. My frist is to put on LT's, ORY, NGK TR6 (in the future maybe nitrous) plugs and Re-Tune and maybe pick up 20-25 rwhp. My 2nd option is get a 3" ORY to hook up to my stock headers, Underdrive Pulley and SSRA, maybe pick up 12-15 rwhp. I only have the money to do either or not both options. What do you guys think ?.

Ok BBK LT's ordered, Felpro Gaskets and 18" 02 Extensions as well. I know the 12's might be a bit short so i went with 18" extensions since the hook ups are on the Ypipe. Hopefully i can pull about 355-360 RWHP after i install these, till i install these and hit the dyno is anyone's guess.

they are already deleted in my tune but i think the ypipe comes with the pre holes anyway and im just gonna extend them to put them on the ypipe even though they are deleted out. I dont know or think i could could them or not put them on the ypipe but i dont know how it works exactly.
