Red- 1999 firebird Formula
Oil Pressure Sending Unit
So I just finished my LS6 intake swap on my 99 freibird took my time and did my best not to break the Oil Pressure Sending Unit but the gauge is dead which means i most likely broke it. The unit was not broken off and looked completely fine when i was reinstalling the manifold. Is it definitley broken? My check gauges light is also on. Also is it okay to drive with it broken? Thanks.

How many wires are connected to the harness that plugs into the oil pressure sending unit?

Here is a picture of mine. It only had one when i was looking at it. Can anyone verify how many wires are connected to the unit?

I am assuming you have 2 wires running to yours.

I thought that there should have been too. Maybe the stress from the booster tube removed one of the wires from the harness.
