MSD 8.5mm Wires(http://www.LMPerformance.com/4793/2.html)and NGK Iridium spark plugs (http://www.LMPerformance.com/15597/2.html) should do you pretty good hope this helps if you have any more questions just let me know.

I'm guessing these wires and plugs will also be a great choice for an LS1?

not really just make sure to gap them to the proper gap. LS1's are at .050 for NGK LT1's are at .040 but you could go more in depth with it (Researching Spark Plug Gaps) but that should be good.

    Hold on

If you gap the iridium plugs you could knock the coating off. They should come pre-gapped. Get the TR55's they don't last as long but they cost a lot less and the element is a lot beefier. Plus you can gap them to your hearts content. My stock gap on my GTO's LS1 is .040 or 1.0mm I tried a variety of gaps and the stock gap seemed to work the best. I'd research the gap for your specific engine lot. Mine is in my owners manual under Capacities and Specifications.
