New Lid

Im sure this topic had been beat to death, but I am not happy with the fitment of my slp lid and I want to get a new one. What is the best lid for the money? Thanks!

I liked my Texas Speed Lid...not sure if they sell it anymore, but you can look around for it.

Switched to a FTP 95mm Lid to better compliment my H/C/I Swap:

what part of it dosnt fit right mabe a pic to show us would be nice to. i sead the same thing then found i didnt have it in the right place.

I LOVE this topic!! My LS1 MotorSports lid is cracked right before the MAF and I figure while i'm upgrading my MAF to do the lid. I want to do the Fast Toys big lid but looking for feedback.........

MM size to TB/MAF/LID etc.

I deleted the MAF and ran a 4" Diameter Silicone Tube from the Lid to the TB.

where did you get that silicone piece i tried makin my own smooth bellow but everything i have tried has not worked

I don't remember, some website. It was a 12" long straight piece that I cut in half.

I also have to realize that I have no MAF, so the angle is lesser than if you're trying to make a MAF to TB piece.

Does anyone know how to do the fra mod? I know involves cutting the intake, but Im not sure how to go about it. Thanks.
