Need some Advice
I saw a smooth bellow for 69.95$ (highest Ive ever seen) I cant believe companies are actually raising the price of this simple plastic piece. I was told by quite a few people on "this forum" that the smooth bellows do absolutely nothing. But a few months ago I got yelled at on "this site" for sayin the bellows do nothing?? (dont shoot the messenger) I was just repeating what I thought was credible info.
Do these bellows add anything? If they add even 1 or 2 hp I want one, so I need a good definitive answer about this part. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

They don't do anything you could repeatedly measure on the dyno...

It is not worth the money for the small gain!
I would sooner buy a $10 sticker for an extra 5 h.p.

There is no noticeable gain from the smooth bellows. The theory is that it will help straighten airflow, therefore increasing power (like aftermarket lids do). In theory it is correct, but the gain is very minimal and not really cost effective. You're better off spending the money on something you'll get more bang for the buck.
