I WILL BE DOING AN LS6 INTAKE LT HEADERS AND A MAGNAFLOW CAT BACK. What Will Be The Difference Over Stock? Perf? Sound?

You see some good gains, especially up top. Maybe 40hp with a tune, probably more. Definately an improvement in sound, louder and meaner.

I'd say 8-10rwhp for the LS6 intake, 18-25rwhp for the LTs and 5-10rwhp for the cat-back. Soooo anywhere from 31-45rwhp.
You will definitely feel the difference and the sound will depend on whether you are using cats or not...

Not only do LT headers flow more air with less restriction, but the exhaust pulses will actually help scavenge the exhaust gases.
