LS6 Intake

Quick question: is there any difference between the GM Performance Parts LS6 intake and the SLP Ls6 intake. Summit Racing has 2 different descriptions for them. Juet want to make sure before I buy one.

well yes...The GM Removable runers, the SLP no, But I thought they were the same castings.

now i know theres a GM ls6 intake are some of them replicas?? i curouis too

The GM performance parts ls6 intake doesn't have the egr provisions, the slp ls6 intake does. Other than that i don't think they are different.

OK got some answers.
I just went to summit and picked up a slp (30039 ls6 intake) for 410.00 I got the Z06 intake # 12573572, Map Sensor, 8 intake gaskets, 1 throttle body gasket, the coolant plugs, coolant crossover.
I called SLP they said the ls6 intakes they sell are Geniume GM castings, they have 2 versions, one that does not have egr and another that has a hole drilled into it and a brass fitting for your egr. They do not cast any LS6 intakes there, they get them all from GM.
The GM Performance intake that Summit sells is the exact same thing.NAL-88894339 - 485.00 !! and it doesnt come with the cross overs.
