I have their original "XS" headers version. They are great. I'm using a custom y pipe with it. They used to have issues with their y pipe fitting but this has supposedly been fixed with them reangling the driverside collector. I wouldn't hesitate. Here's a pic of mine. Wish mine were race version with merge collectors.

I'd rather have polished stainless steel.

    Very good point.

I went Kooks myself. They certainly aren't the cheapest longtubes out there, but I don't regret a dime of it.

Ya I'd take Kooks over any of em but when I got mine they had just come out and were only $299. I decided to be a guinnea pig. They're holding up well and still shiny.

Yeah, kinda on the fence between the Pacesetter and the LPP type. Both are polished stainless and I even considered Hooker but, the price of Hooker scares me a bit.

Just trying to get the most bang for my buck I guess.

I don't regret my Hooker LT and ORY, I bought the ceramic coated almost 2 years ago now. Got the kewl "I love my Hookers" sticker too! And the ground clearance is better than the stock manifold/y-pipe.

they should be on for sure in about 2 weeks. I need some rack time at my school.

I will make a video. of before headers, open header burnout, and after header sound with a magnaflow cat back.

from the videos I have seen so far, it should sound pretty mean.....I want to turn heads and hear the motor rippin when I am at WOT

Yeah, I made the decision this time around to just go with a few engine dress up pieces since headers, plugs/wires and a computer re-tune would have put me over a grand.

Next spring will be better for me on the headers I guess. At least I'm doing some homework first though. Little bit at a time.
