As loud as you can get

Pretty simple. I want to know what will be louder for my 98z28. Right now I have loudmouth catback and yes it is not loud enough for me lol. I can pass inspection so anything is possible.

Im looking forward to pacecetter headers to a x pipe, then to true duals. I was just wondering if it would louder if I keept my loudmouth add the headers and just get a cut-out and a good y pipe. The only thing is I think the loudmouth can get raspy...

once you get LTs and and ORY pipe you wont be saying its to quiet. You will be keeping tylenol in your center console though

thats the setup I have with my LM2 and H/C package and it is loud a shit

the louder you get the more rasp you're probably gonna have. LT's without cats is a good place to start if you're looking for loud. After that just put a cam in it. My cold starts in the garage sounds like a bomb going off with the cutout open.

+1 ive got a lot of dickhead state boys around my area, thats exactly why I have went to a true dual set-up. My flowmaster isnt to loud at idle or low RPMs.

well for the loud your looking for ..of course get a off-road y..LT and you can dump it before the axle..that will be louder when you dump because the sound wlll be pointed at the ground..so it will bounce of the ground ect. but like orion said..you will get really raspy.

Longtubes with 2 cutouts right after the collectors. The rest of it just doesn't matter.

sweet thanks guys...I just want to give these cobras some mean sound right back at them because they sound so good. As far as the cops, I used to get pulled over when I had my stock exhaust. They mostly hate those fartcan ricers so they respect a real car with some pipes

i had straight pipes from cats back and i thought that was loud.......nope when i did the cam/header swap it got twice as loud. it sounds really mean at idle.
