    Loud Mouth 2 or GMMG

Well ive narrowed down my choices down to these two exhausts. I love the way my hooker sounds but im not going to buy another one because its falling apart from the inside. Looking for an exhaust that is deep, somewhat quiet at idle and very, very loud at wot. I hear bad things about LM1 with LT's, so im looking into LM2. My only mods are Pacesetter long tube headers, TSP 3" catted Y, Slp Lid.

Dont know if they fit they bill to your exact standard, but GMMG are by far the best sounding exhaust for a F-body... No questions ask...

    I hate LM...

I'm running LM2 with long tubes. Pretty loud at idle, very loud at WOT. No rasp with cats. Can't go wrong.

With a stock system as only a catback, yeah it's fine. Throw in LT's and a catless y-pipe and things get a bit crazy. Some people like that though. I went with a full 4" Mufflex setup; it's nice and deep and not too loud but really opens up at high rpms. Maybe I went a bit too big, 3.5 would have been adequate I think

I have Kooks LTs, Kooks ORY, and LM2. It isn't THAT loud at cruising speeds, but it gets pretty obnoxious at WOT. I get tons of thumbs ups and compliments on the sound every time I cruise around town.

I have the newer slp powerflo setup and love the sound and get a lot of people who liked it. I have lt's with the ory and it has the lm2 with 2 powerflo mufflers and it's deep and not too loud at idle and cruising only wot and no rasp the 2 powerflo's make up for not having cats. Check it out it's not much more that a lm2 catback.
The gmmg sounds great if you have the money for it.

Im required to run cats for emmisions around here so I hope its not too bad. Id really like to get another hooker exhaust but they are poor quality. I really love how it sounds though. I also found a gmmg for alittle under 700.

I find that Hooker and Magnaflow sound fairly similar. Hooker is likely a touch louder though.

I heard the best sounding car ive ever heard today. LS3 vette. Not sure what exhaust. Drove by with a high pitch roar. Sounded like borla but not sure.

The hooker exhaust made my car more tolerable compared to the magnaflow.

Mike, considering you have headers, a exhaust like LM or GMMG is going to be stupid loud.

Not sure what to get. Hooker has bad quality, I hate the borla tips, corsa is far too expensive, magnaflow is too quiet for me, lm1 is too loud, tsp is too raspy, flowmaster sounds like crap. Yeah im picky I guess.
