longtube header write up?

Does anyone know of a longtube header write up or is it pretty much self explanatory. I didnt know if there was any tips or anything to make the job easier.

It is pretty self-explanatory, it makes it easier if you have a friend help though. Ive done quite a few sets, its actually pretty easy. The hardest part is removing the old stuff. Just remember to soak all the old bolts down with some wd-40.
