Little header help please?

Hi Im a newb and I have a question about headers. Can i use lt headers from a f-body on my 04 2500hd 6.0L silverado, because I cant find a decent set of performance headers for my truck. thanxs

Sounds like your gonna have to buy a set and test fit them.

Doubt that will work. Not only do the ports and bolt holes need to line up, but the bend of the primaries and collectors have to wind up in the right spot. The shape of the headers are made for f-bodies, not trucks.

well im not worried about the bolt holes and all just the length and how far they extrude from the motor, there is way more room under the hood than an f-body trust me. I am just wondering if they are tall enough so they will go under the cab etc, basically length, width, and heigth. Sorry if i wasnt to clear.

I think that's where you'll run into problems. I'm willing to bet they wouldn't go under your cab.

thanks for the help my buddy and i are contemplating test fitting his when he does his engine swap soon(he has a 02 ss camaro). we sall see then, i hope they work
