kooks vs magnaflow/ARH

i have an 01 ws6 just wondering which would sound nicer/look better/get the most out of exhaust wise....i was looking into going with a full KOOKS header/exhaust system or my other option would be a magnaflow exhaust with american racing headers...as of right now i only have the SLP flopak CAI....eventually im looking into possibly a cam but that wouldnt be until 09 so let me know what you think

catbacks are what make exhausts sound different from one another.

the magnaflow is a good sounding catback when a person has headers.

i kno catbacks make the sound but i was wondering which catbacks would sound the best with American Racing headers or are there better headers out there? and which combos work the best
