I have Kook's, great fit, high quality, good sound, will last the life of the car. These are things that you won't be able to say about a CHEAP set of headers. I have found over my years of life, that you ONLY get what you pay for, and NOTHING more. If you can afford Kook's, I highly recommend them. Check out Scoggin Dickey for prices, if interested.

all depends on how long you plan to keep the car.. what you use it for.. and where you live
if you buy a cheaper set like pacesetters they will rust in a couple years where as the stainless won't.. i ordered a set of QTP headers and they should be arriving within a couple of days, but i'll let you know how i like em
