    Just got my TD's!! =P

So after just over a year of putting up with the terrible sagging TSP Y, exhaust leaks all over and being forced to run without a tunnel brace because of the Y I bit the bullet and decided to get the Y fixed. Problem was; since I took drastic measures to get the Y to stop leaking over the year I had it welded around the adjustable bends and clamped the pipe to the collector as tight as possible causing the y to bend itself into the collector of the header so when removing it wouldnt budge and I didn't have access to a sawsall at the time so I chiseled it off and this is what it looked like

now with no exhaust and forced to make a decision I said screw it and got her in for true duals.
dropped it off yesterday and picked it up this morning. very happy with the results.

Ended up charging me 6 and I wont go back to kits from now on

Might not be quite as deep, but I bet the overall sound is fairly close.

I'm running the TSP ORY right now also and had my exhaust shop cut/bend weld it all up to make it fit better also. I wish I had gone true duals from the start but I thaught I'd save $ because I already had a flowmaster cat back. I ended up spending more on the ORY and having it bent/welded in place than you did on the true duals. Oh well, live and learn, my exhaust will work for me until I change rearends or get really tired of it for some reason. I won't be doing kits again either. Did you pay 6 including the magnaflows?

    Beautiful car and exhaust

O I know now too, I spend the 130 on the tsp ory and the magnaflow dual/dual tip catback and 100 on the spohn tunnel brace, only to run without the tunnel brace, cut off my ory and basically take use of the tips on the cutback. Screw that headache, I did want Td's from the beginning but I asked around some shops and they said it couldn't be done with that space and it would be illegal for them to touch the car without cats.

And yes the price was complete with magnaflows and he upgraded the finish to the polished, he charged me quiete a bit more than others but I am very happy with it

Very nice setup, looks great. Very similar to my TD setup with Magnaflow 6" round mufflers.

Can ask what kind of exhaust tips those are and where you got them??

They're from the magnaflow catback kit I had on before. If you just want the tips find something else. Theyre VERY costly lol, I still can't believe how much I wasted on the previous exhaust

ya, i wouldn't have any problem paying 6 to have true duals from headers back done like that, good deal, nice workmanship, and I'm sure a killer sound. My UMI cross brace torque arm should be arriving today i think, so I hope I can stuff the TPS Y over it.
