you get what you pay for. Why do you think there only 100 bucks. those prob dont even flow all that better than stock manifolds. Lts are the only way to go imo.

    Sadly now demodded :(

2001/2 MY have the best factory cast iron manifolds ever made. They are comparable to shorty headers.

As stated, "Long Tubes or nothing!"
    67 Camaro: K-K + 797-z (look it up), 454/Th400/4.10 12-bolt = 6mpg, PS/PDB/PW tilt, tach, gauges...

2005 Corvette LS2/M6 Magnetic Red Metallic (What else would it be?) w/ Cashmere interior

    2002 Z28: NBM/Tan, MTI smooth lid, smooth bellows, !AIR, !cats, 1-3/4" QTP SS LT's, 2-1/2" TD's with X-pipe, MagnaFlows dumped at axle, custom welded SFC's, MidWest Chassis body mount adjustable T/A, 3400 stall, 3.23 gears (was 2.73). Tuned: 343rwhp/357rwt (before TD's). Best: 12.559 @ 108+, 1.73 60' @ 3500' DA w/MT ET Street DR's.

    What everybody else has said.

There is a reason they are $900 new and only one Benjamin used. Poor guy who bought them originally, bet he was mad.

This goes for the 3800 tubular manifolds as well.. Tho LT's are harder for us to come by. But it really would'nt matter to us.. L36 heads are the problem LT's are only likely to give nominal gains to us.. They make mostly shorties or some mid tubes for 3800 F-body.. The numbers for shorties are about the same as the updated stock manifolds.. It's the puller cars like the w-body that get all the cool stuff like blowers and LT's...

Lt's seem to be the way almost everyone goes on LSx upgrades I've seen here.. All you guys can't be wrong imho..

IIRC any N/A header that's got primary tubes under 18 inches may actually loose HP.. Not enough velosity.. iirc

I generally agree with long tubes only, but Mac mids are a very good option if for whatever reasons you cant/dont want to go with LTs.

no solid gain. might as well just do a catback and leave it at that. lts should be fine with OK emissions assuming you get o2 sensor extensions.

only thing i could come up with to make them worth it would be to reverse them and custom fab a turbo set up... but i don't think that would even work with them...

Im with the guys above, if you get the sell them to make a profit and get some LTs. You can get LTs brand new for around $500 so they are not really the expensive. You may even be able to find some used stainless LTs for a decent price.
