Intake/TB Question

Okay-

Its either one of two ideas:

Get the Lingenfelter LS6 Modded Intake 90mm + Wilson 90mm Throttle body
or:
SLP LS6 Intake Manifold + Ported TB from SP2 Performance?

Going with the slp intake & Ported TB would be WAY cheaper however will I get better performance with the other?

My WS.6 is stock excluding SLP lid & Flowmaster exhaust, I was thinking maybe intake & TB now, then a lil later getting my heads port & polished to Stage II, with a comp cams 224/230 .581/.589 114LSA with the Lingenfelter Melling Oil Pump + GMMG exhaust.

Do you think that the slp intake & ported TB would be better for now then upgrade to the other? Or just purchase the Lingenfelter intake & 90mm TB?

Thing is im in good ol CA so smog emissions KILLS. I dont know if The 90mm TB will pass the smog visual (probably not) then im in a I HATE CA.

Once I get the intake/TB do I need to have my car tuned??
