intake manifold
What is the best intake manifold for the money? I am still running the stock throtle body.

What are your goals for the car?
You want to upgrade the throttle body when you do the intake.
What's your budget?

This. Answer these questions and we can give a little better opinion.
But to give a quick answer
Big budget = BEST FAST 102 - This requires some deep pockets. Not only is it just for the intake, but you will need new injectors, throttle body, possible a fuel pump, and tuning for peak performance Intake alone is $1400.
On a modest budget = LS6 - This will work with all bolt ons. It gives about 30% more air volume over the LS1 intake. Used - $300, new $450 and up.

Most will say go LS6...some notice it, some dont. Then there's aluminum intakes, similar to the LS6 in power but they'll give you more in the upper rpms.

IMO Fast intake for anything in the 500+rwhp NA range anything less than 500 with a fast is a waste of money...
Go LS6, $250-$350 range good to about 450rwhp-500rwhp NA

The ls6 sounds good. Should i do a bigger throttle body as well? I would like to get about 500 hp.
For the car I have
SLP intake lid
Slp ram air kit
Granitelli maf
3.73 gears
Hooker long tube headers
Custom dyno tune
I am open to suggestions as to what I should get or replace to make it faster and run better

A ported stock throttle body will be all you need, great bang for the buck mod. Seeing your running 373's im assuming you have an auto car....it'll be damn near impossible to hit 500 (if you mean rwhp) on a stock block without fi...

I want to do as much as i can, as long as I can pass emissions in Colorado. I would love to do heads and cam and add FI down the road

that tends to be problem, as you would need a different cam to go with FI. generally a cam intended for good NA numbers wont work well with FI, and vice versa.

Your best bet would be AI Heads, Custom Grind cam, and a ported Fast if your want as much as you can.

will this setup pass emissions? also, where is the best place to get a ls6 manifold and a ported throttle body to go with it?

The reason I said custom cam was to get yourself the most out of a sniffer friendly cam...Nowadays a good tune can get you by most emmisions testings...You can find used LS6's all day long on ls1tech for 300-350 bucks...As for the ported TB send your stocker off the New Era, theres also a few guys that do them over on tech. I reccomend you educate yourself a little more about the LS engines. You dont wanna go into a build blindly.

I have been doing some research and have seen some reasonably priced intakes on eBay. What is everyone's thought on the typhoon ls6 intakes preferably the 96mm model and a 85mm throtle body? What kinds of gains and differences will I notice?

The gains of the intake will be small. It'll be more beneficial once you do heads, cam and full exhaust.
