WHy do you want to switch MAF and injectors? Are you making 500+ rwhp? If not save your money.

no way, i have the intake and exhaust, headers high flow cats the whole 9 yards. i,m going to port and polish the t.b, figured swapping the injectors and m.a.f would help a little. am i wrong in thinking that? will they supply enough fuel if i do the above mods? oh yeah im going to cut out the egr tube also.... thats if i don't switch to the ls6 intake.

Stock MAF and injectors are fine with bolt-ons. You'll only want to consider upgrading if you go with a huge cam or FI. Other than than, they're fine with what you have. Go buy something else.

The stock 28.8 injecters do work fine. I upgraded to 30 lb'ers for my 150 dry shot. I increased the WOT fuel for the NO2 and have plenty left to go !!! I think you only need big ones for turbo & superchargers. As far as the MAF, YES !!! Instead of messing with the TB, buy a bigger one..( 80mm ?) I use the 80mm BBK with a spacer and love it !!! Good Luck !

I would go with the BBK 85mm throttle body. I swapped mine to the BBK 85mm throttle body and BBK Intake. I also did the SLP Mass Air flow, bellow and air box lid. Many other mods, but not disappolinted other then the cost.

Don't mean to barge in on this guy's post but I was also wondering if its worth the money to do injectors. I'm running a pretty big cam and I'm planning on doing a set of heads. Current power is 412 rwhp so wondering if my stock injectors are good enough to handle heads yet. I believe stock are 26lbhr on 99 Camaros.

The thing with the injectors is, they aren't maxed out from the factory. You can tune them to flow a little more than the stock tuning. Open up the pulse width or apply more pressure in the fuel rails (well, something like that). Call the cam company and see what they think.
