    1000 at the most it just depends where you get your tune and what kind of tune you get,also if you are putting on your headers or if your including installation. Here are what i have been told by my local shop for prices:
    Install= $90
    Tune= $70
    But from what ive been told thats a real good deal but who knows what is and isnt right? just make friends with shop owners and mechanics and stuff gets a lot cheaper lol

    I'm fairly sure that has came to mind...but not everyone has a lift and a welder to use.

    well i don't think he needs a welder since its basically a bolt on...and about the lift...we put a set of pacesetters and ORY on my friends car without a lift...pretty easy install as long as its high enough to clear the headers...but then again me and my friends always find a way to do things ourselves lol...anyway good luck with the install whichever way you decide to go

    $90 for a header install and $70 for a tune???? Those arent real world prices my man-you must be friends with this mechanic. In the real world around $250 is a good price for a header install. Street tune usually $300. So yeah its gonna be real close to a grand out the door.

    I am a mechanic by trade so I do just about everything myself,There are somethings that even I want try without seeing it done frist.But a header install is not something I would pay anyone to do for me.I felt that a grand would be about right for a tune and headers+catted -y. thank you all for your replies.Now I just have to decide whether to get my front teeth that I broke sometime ago fixed removing brake springs from worn shoes or do the headers. My dentist told me today that it will cost me $2,400 to do the repairs and the headers cost $1,000 The added horsepower will make me smile more than I do now so what do you guys think teeth or headers?

    Even that is a great price.

    $400 for install (average)
    $400 for tune (at a shop, might be able to find a local tuner for a good savings)
    $600 for headers and y-pipe (somewhere in there, haven't priced out anything in a while)

    My entire exhaust cost me....
    $820 for Kooks longtubes
    $60 for QTP cutouts
    $150 for the Magnaflow mufflers
    $600 for the custom true duals (installed)

    If you already are married or dating go with headers. If you are single go with teeth. Just my opinion.
