how bout this
i have had my cats deleted and gutted my cats.i cant afford headers for awhile ,so what if i run a couple of feet back from the cats and stick a couple of bullets on i dont plan on lowering?would that work fine or would i need a x or h between my gutted cats and the bullets for scavaging? would i see any gains?

if you have your cats deleted just get it tuned, when i removed mine and put in o2 sims with my LT's i ran real rich, blew smoke out and my tips were always dirty

thought about waiting till changed the rears and headers before i got it tuned. its a 2 hr drive 1 way to get it tuned by the best.that could be a couple of yrs at this rate my son starts college nxt yr. i may just opt for the tune 1st
