I have an 02 so i only have the secundary air pump, should i remove it or buy the headers with the connections? anything that i should know before i order? i am probrably going to buy them from tsp thanks for all the responses.

if you dont have emission testing i would remove the AIR pump IMO it just takes up space and it will clean up the engine bay... ordering headers without the connections will look a lot better. i got headers with all the connections and cut them off and got them welded shut with a TIG welder... also are you planning on getting a tune? i would recommend FROST for that he does great work. he will turn off the AIR and your rear O2 sensors...

Drop the AIR pump in the extra parts pile. Saves a little weight and helps with the looks under the hood.

very minimal gains. A p&P stock TB will give the same gains.

I have TSP headers without the air pump connections and really like them, I also ordered their O2 harness extenders and off road Y. The O2 extenders are nice the off road Y is a POS. It sounds like you're keeping cats tho so if you're going with the TSP catted Y I'm not sure if it's the same quality as their ORY.

i was thinking on getting the header and the troattle then tune. but since there is no much gain i'll just get the headers o2 extenders and y-pipe. how is the fitment with the headers? am i gonna have to tream or hit some stuff to make them fit?

my headers fit fine, I did take out my starter to get them in easier, i think others have gotten them in without taking out the starter, I also had my motor mounts out at the same time so I don't know if it's necessary to unbolt the mounts. But I didn't have to trim anything, I will say again, the TSP ORY is a POS and I'd never buy it again if I had to do it over, bad fitment, bad alignment, bad clearance, etc.

i order my headers and y-pipe on friday and they are suppost to arrive on thursday. hopefully there is a difference between the catted y-pipe and the ORY. i hope clearance is better then the slp y-pipe.
