heater hose bibs

Anyone know if the heater hose bibs on an LS1 are threaded?

I need to replace the stock bibs because of a clearance problem. All the replacement 90 degree bibs are threaded. I don't have a 5/8 and 3/4 tap and I don't want to rip out the existing bibs if I am just going to create more work. Any thoughts on how to get around this would be appreciated. Rocky

the water pump has a 3/4 and 5/8 metal extention. Heater inlet and outlet hoses attach to these. Does anyone know if these are pressed in or threaded?? All the replacements have threads.

I'd care to know this too, cause if you can find screw ins then a simple heater hose can be run from the water pump all the way back to the firewall instead of those hi priced concoctions’ they have on there now.
