    header/ y-pipe help

    ok i have an 02 TA ws6 and im thinking about putting long tubes and a y-pipe on it. i have to have emmissions testing so what setup would be the best?? would i need a catted y-pipe? or just the emissions style headers to off-road y-pipe? thanx

    It all depends. If they dont do any visual inspections, and just hook up to your car's computer, then you can get longtubes and no cats. If they have tests for your decibels, and that smog snuffer test like they do in cali and some places, you're going to want to get cats.

    They make the same headers with EGR.
