    header reducers?

    do i need reducers i have the money to get headers and a y pipe but not the whole exhuast and the auction says that no reducers are included heres the link. will these pass emisions CALIFORNIA

    Uh, no link...
    If it has EGR & AIR provisions it will pass emissions in NJ, I dunno about CA...
    Does it come w/ a Y-pipe? Make sure the Y-pipe is made for those headers.
    What kind of headers are these anyways man?
