Header Question?
I am going to get pacesetters but i was wondering if coated is that much better then painted. I dont drive my care in bad weather will that matter. I was also wondering if it is necessary for a tune after LT headers, i heard car will run rich if not, but my shop i go to said its not necessary.

Run a search and you can find all the info you need but in short, Ceramic will keep the underhood temps down and look alot better than painted, Also a tune is Not needed but if you due tune it will maximize the output in hp with the headers. It will run a lil rich with lt's and ory but not enough too worry about.

Painted headers will flake off after they get hot and will rust quicker. You're better off getting the coated ones. And, as previously mentioned, a tune is not neccessary, but helps get the full potential out of the headers.
