Header O2 hole plugs?
Hey guys so i'm doing my lt hooker ceramic header install, and someone told me to drive the car a bit before putting the 02 sensors back in the front, because the chemical from the coating in the headers would foul the sensors. Has anyone else heard this, and if so, how far do you have to drive before it's safe, and is there some type of plug to go in the sensor hole?

I don't know if it's true or not, but I pulled my Stock 02's this past weekend and thew were burned like a mother.
I reused my stockers for a month or two after my LT install using extensions before this past weekend when I threw in the vette 02's PN13111. Buy some new ones and take em back before the 30 day period.

If you don't have an old set of 02 sensors just run it till the headers get hot - should only take a few minutes. You can't run it for very long without the 02's - it screws up the fueling and will start to run really bad, so don't worry about plugs. Let it cool down, put the 02s back in and then do the idle relearn.
