header install in pics
step 1......delete EGR

DV bracket is held on by one 10mm bolt on coil pack and one 15mm bolt on back of head.....YES it can be reached......YES its a PITA.....think gearwrench......and that hard plastic line.....where it leads to the DV selnoid needs to be capped.....i got a assortment of vacum caps at pimp boys.....it was a small one.....OR....you can remove the DV selnoid....and then plug the vacum line at the back of the manifoldLast edited by sjsingle1; 03-24-2010 at 09:50 PM.

grind rivets off of old clamshell.....what fun.....remove nasty shrunken GM rubber......cleanup.......i put grease on polys to make them fit in the clamshells easier.....bolt down with 2 bolts.............top and bottomLast edited by sjsingle1; 03-24-2010 at 03:54 PM.
