Header gasket

I just got my pacesetter longtube headers in. Everyone is telling me to buy oem gaskets and not to use the pacesetter ones because they are paper. Well my headers come with metal ones. maybe pacesetter changed the gaskets has anyone used these yet. Do you think there any good

The paper ones create a mess if you ever have to remove your headers and they blow out pretty quick, thats why no one uses them. If the ones that you got are metal and not the paper ones then i would use them. Its your call thou, I personaly used the oem ones that were on the car and so far so good but i only had 2 thou miles of abuse on mine.
