i am looking at a company called mufflex and have seen alot of their products on cars around my area. everyone swears by them here and i just wanted to know if it is any good. the set up i am thinking about is hooker long tube headers mufflex off road y-pipe, to a 3.5 inch cat, to a 3.5 inch center pipe to either flowmaster or their brand of muffler. how does this set up look and if you have any suggestions please give them. thanks

I don't think the Mufflex y-pipe will fit the Hooker longtubes. You may have to get their brand y-pipe. But if I recall correctly, I don't think Hooker has a y-pipe specifically for their LT's. But I think the pacesetter y fits though. And you can't have an ORY and cats, you'll either have a catted Y or ORY. And if you want to keep your cats, you'll have to have 2, not one. And I wouldn't go with flowmaster, they don't flow worth a crap. Just get a catback of your choice, instead of just a muffler. www.ls1sounds.com

it sound awesome and you will love it, I have the 4' with the Spin tech.I am thinking of selling it though it's just to big, I want a 3.5 system....
