well i went to do the swap today and i get the entire intake off fuel rails switched over and it seemed like everything was good to go. Since i bought the intake used i assumed that i had all the parts to do the swap. so i called the guy i bought it from and he says yep you got everything you need so i was good to go. i called him a second time to ask if i needed FAST intake port gaskets and he said no that he reused the stock ones. i planned to reuse the stockers as well just based on his word, and sure enough the goddamn port gaskets are different so i was stuck with the intake off nothing to do. Since its my DD i needed to get it back together so i gut the damn LS1 intake back on...took me 3hrs to do the whole swap and i still have a ls1 intake on. JUST HAD TO VENT A LITTLE

The gaskets are too big they won't fit into the fast....it could be just because mine are worn but I tried them and they were a no go

Yeah I ordered them already. I literally tried all 8 gaskets in each slot and none would fit at all. So it looks like new is the way to go

Nah just wondering what your hp goals were. From what i've seen so far only serious hp engines need a big manifold like this. Not tryin to start anythin. It is a beautiful piece though !
