MSD 8.5 Super Conductor Wires only like 50-60 ohms. Granatelli wires are close to zero ohms, but are quite expensive.

Plugs, kinda up to you. You could do NGK (they have a bunch to choose from), I personally went with AC/Delco Iridiums.

I only see those online for Grand ams and prix? (Wire Set, 8.5mm Super Cond)
Will new wires and plugs make a diff? Im not sure if they have ever been changed (and my car is up to 115,000 miles)

New wires and plugs should definitely make a difference over OLD stockers. Coils packs can sometimes make a difference as well, but are expensive. I've seen a dyno or 2 showing a tune up on a car (that was in need of one) net as much as 8 rwhp.

I've always run MSD superconductors on my 5.0 stang. They seem to be good quality and do have less resistance than some others...I measured my MSD's w/ my Fluke meter against a set of Ford Racing wires. I've heard good things about the Taylor thundervolts as well.
