GMMG vs. Borla
The question remains which cat back exhaust system is the best? Well, I dont know the answer to that and im not even asking that question, but i cannot decide between two in particular. GMMG vrs. Borla. With your experiences which would be the way to go?

I had the Borla adjustable with QTP electric cutout. It was good ... best sound I've ever heard, but, if I were to buy the Borla again, I would not buy the adjustable. In the winter time, if you push the exhaust through the muffler, it's perfect sound, but, it looks funny with a cloud of exhaust coming out of only one tailpipe. I'm thinking seriously of ditching the new true duals (dumped before the axle), for the non-adjustable Borla. You can't go wrong with it, IMHO.

It may not be as good of a quality as GMMG or Borla but the SLP loudmouth is one way to go if you want something thats just loud. I just put it on my car and it's definatly loud but doesn't really have a good tone if your looking for one.

Depending on your future plans I would reccommend GMMG (as I have it). GMMG with LT headers and an ORY is the most beautiful sound ive ever heard. It's perfectly clean with no rasp all the way through the RPM band. And really freakin Roars at WOT. With cats is the same only more tame. Both Borla and SLP LM will be very raspy (or extremely raspy for slp) with an ORY and LT's

I say Duals with an X-pipe! My setup is QTP LTs to a Dr. Gas X to Magnaflow 14x9 mufflers, dumped at the axle. My only regret is that the system hangs too low to put qtp dual electric cutouts on up front, and I'll have to put them back by the mufflers. Putting the XER281HR Cam in tomorrow, so I'll see how everything sounds first.
She's baaaaaccccck...
