I just did mine 2 days ago, and tell you the truth I didn't feel anything. I think it might a couple of horses, so its not enough to feel.

On a WS6 you're better off sealing the hood and debaffling, I'd assume the SS is the same. If you do not have a SS/WS6, the FRA mod is better than stock, but not as good as FTRA or SSRA since it pulls in hot air.

It only Pulls in Hot air off idle.
Once the car is moving it pulls in cold air.Craig

Randy, try not to do anything till I show you mine man. I've got LOTS of intake work done! You know the black air dam that sticks out at the bottom of your radiator? I've even replaced that with a no flex metal one. Up from that I've got the Fast Toys Ram Air and above that I've got the kn filter and the lid. Next I'll be doing that throttlebody bypass mod, port and polish the throttle body, and then the intake manifold.
But for what I've got done right now, you've GOT to see it. Right now I'm trying to get this clutch master cylinder thing worked out and then I'll be killing rubber again.
by the way, I think the VERY next thing I get will be GMMG. I listen to it everyday online! I've even gotten used to it so when I hear any other cars out on the street, they don't sound right! I've been hearing NOTHING but gmmg everyday and just now I had some $$$ but things started messing up due to the stage 3 clutch in there so its necessary to replace the clutch slave cylinder and the clutch master cylinder. Hopefully this'll fix all my problems though.
