Free Mods???

Just bought a 99 z28,it has long tube hooker headers,lid and programming done.Is there any free mods that I can do any help would be nice thanks.

Throttle body bypass, Port & polish the TB, Free ram air are the ones that will gain you a descent amount of HP exspecially sense you have the headers and the lid to help the engine breath. With the headers, lid and programmer just with a high quality port and polished TB you'll notice the throttle response and pick anywhere from 5-10rwhp up (i have heard people picking up to 15rwhp from a P&P TB but 5-10rwhp is most common) . Throttle body bypass will get you 2-5rwhp and free ram air can net you another 2-5rwhp (more hp will be gained the faster you go because of the increased airflow). The links above people gave are your best bet

True. I previously did the air box plenum mod by opening up the back plates and added a clear MTI/SLP lid. Made big diff and I improved my time by almost 2/10s. I can't race though. The mod I did made up for my inadequacises..........lol.

Bumpstop mod..... great mod and you will feel the difference!

Allow your f-bod to see WOT...

just dont go past 4.6 on a multi-meter.

install university should have the write up!!
