I would get ebay headers, OBX headers, or TSP headers way before I would get Slowtech headers. I have heard they are poor quality from several people who have bought them.

TSP, Texas Speed. Good stainless steel headers for a budget.

You need a new set of OEM gaskets and some antisieze for the bolts (you should be able to reuse your original bolts) For starters.

Yes you'll need 02 ext. new gaskets yes, old bolts should be fine. Probably want to change the plugs too since you'll have em out already.

You will also want to get new spark plugs and wires or at least I would if you haven't put performance ones on yet. Make sure to get TSP's catted y or off road y pipe to avoid fitment issues between it and the headers.

If you have a lift and know how to take your car apart, it's not to bad, as long as things fit right. Mine didn't quite fit right, so it was a nightmare project.
