Blazen Orange Metallic- 2006 GTO
Fast 90/90
Will a FAST 90 tb bolt up to a lid that fits the stock tb? Will the FAST 90 intake bolt directly to the engine w/o other mods?

Yes, just boil the bellow to get it to stretch over the 90mm TB opening. that's what I had to do when reused my SLP Bellow and it works just fine...
Yes, just watch the MAP sensor on the back of the FAST and make sure you have it siliconed on tightly. fuel rails, injectors, etc will all swap directly over. also, dont forget to swap out the valley bolts for the ones that come with the FAST intake or you WILL crack the lower shell...2018 CTS-V: °°668rwhp/658rwtq°°

Looks good, how does that boiling process work, never heard of it?
How long did it take you to install, I know the tb is a 10 minute job, but what about the intake?

Stock bellows fits my Nick Williams 90. Didn't boil it, just wrestled it on.

Yea, just did some quick google research. Looks like I'll be going with a ported FAST 90 and NW 90tb this winter. Screw new wheels, I'd rather go faster!
How much hp would this be worth over stock LS1 intake and tb?
Running a torquer v3, pacesetter headers, tsp td, and other smaller stuff.

hard to say. i personally saw a 35rwhp/10rwtq gain ( my FAST is ported) over the Ls6 intake i previously had on my car. i haved a comp cams 224, heads, intake, exhaust and putting down 444/395 to the ground...m6...
none the less you will notice a nice increase in HP...

Good to go. Now, out of curiosity, how is the NW better than FAST? I notice there's only a 10 dollar price difference.

You talking about the linkage between the lid and the tb right? If not, I have no idea where the hoses would go. Does the FAST intake man come with everything I'd need to bolt it on, minus the tools of course?
Upon further review (always wanted to say that) I think I'm going to go with a Holley 90mm and FAST man.

No, I don't know him. They're are over 50K Marines in the Jacksonville, NC area.
I actually PCS'd to a small base just south of Kansas City. Keep forgetting to change my location.
With his last name I bet his Drill Instructors loved him in Boot Camp!

yeah your lid is not going to be affected by the TB, your lid and MAF connector should stay the same, and your MAF to TB connector may need to be modified or i.e. "bolied" as stated so the piece will stretch over- looks like the guy in the pic there has a "fernco" mod or something similar - with that should be no problem..once the heat has been applied.. just watch your hands ya might get burned
