    Exhuast tick

Hey all, whenever my car get to operating temp a loud tick or ping noise comes from the rear around the muffler, and when Im doing highway driving it gets louder and more often. I tried looking up the problem online but the only thig I could find was on an acua forum and they told the guy it was an evaporater canister. Anyone got any idea wat it is and bow I can fix it

Maybe check under the car for a loose exhaust mount or clamp. Or maybe something else loose. Could be a heat expansion noise too. Hard to say without hearing it. Try to post a vid - might make it easier.

I don't think is a mount of any type it does it while the car is sitting still. Sounds like the mufflers gettin to hot and tickng. I'll try and get a video today

exhuast leaks will sound like that...do you run a stock exhaust or what ? more times than not catbacks use C clamps and those are shit and over time will cause small leaks..look on your exhaust piping for black "soot" ..find them and look to either tighten the C clamp or go and buy some nice band clamps and get rid of them.
