Well if you get SLP loudmouth it sounds weird with headers. i got magnaflow it sounds good at WOT but at idle it has just deep tone and i heard sounds good with headers

if your planning on going with headers stay away from SLP loudmouth.....gets extremly loud and raspy.....since u said u plan on doing headers or true duals go with the magnaflow....might be a little quiet for now but once u put the headers on it will sound great

If you don't anticipate having more than around 450 bucks for a long time, SLP Loudmouth is your best bet, but like people have been saying once you work up the capital for Longtubes you may find that the LM becomes disgusting.
Although I have seen people like the noise so who knows, its definitely as loud as fuck and that is what you say you want.

Might I suggest a no muffler option.
My shop only charged 50 bucks to remove mine and make a y-pipe from the intermediate pipe to finish the duel run out.
I think it sounds great and it really isnt all that loud.
that way you can save your money for the headers and true duels.
just a thought.

to many variables....speakers, recorder, how far they were.....hearing it in person is the only sure way to understand what it really sounds like

+1 on Magnaflow, sounded great with just CB, then the headers and ory really woke it up. It sounds "slightly raspy" due to the ingenious y pipe but I love it. True duals are sweet, yet expensive. I think i'd probably get dual electric cut outs right after the headers and keep y pipe instead of going dual cuz it's too damn expensive for the power you'll get.
$1000 for true duals over the axle with mufflers (keeping stock headers) will net a 15-20 hp gain.
$1000 for pacesetter coated LT's, ory and magnaflow CB should net a gain of 20 or more hp.
Of course stainless LT's and true duals over the axle would look and sound great as well as provide the largest gain in HP..... but it's up to your wallet if you can do that. just my .02
