Exhaust Question
I have a borla ajustable exaust, if I remove the plate and run with no back pressure will it hurt my engine. Also if I remove my cats will the exhaust get louder and can that hurt my engine. Iam just looking to get the exhaust louder until I get headers.

Is it worth getting rid of them?

Depends. While you run the risk of getting in emmissions trouble not to mention the federal fines if busted. Running an offroad pipe will net you more power and significantly increase the decibel levels of any exhaust. You'll also increase the raspiness.

Black- 2000 Camaro SS
Go with True Dual Exhaust
Why don't you install a true dual exhaust system that goes over the rear axle and exits out from beneath the bumper in the proper location? You will pick horsepower, torque, as well as a sound that is truly wonderful and with no rasp.
