Exhaust Cut Out?
Right Now I Have A Flowmaster Cat Back And I Personaly Love The Sound. But For Performance Reasons I Want To Do A "cut Out" That Every One Is Talking About.....what Exactly Is It And How Much Would It Cost?

Depends, you could get a manual cutout which is only like $40. Or you could get an electric cutout which is about $200. You'll lose some low-end power but gain some up top.

id say go for the manuel cut out because your never gonna close it because it sounds so freakin nice and the only time you do have to close it is once a year so just get the manuel ones which run like 69 bucks on lmperformance

I bought a manual cutout from jegs for 35 shipped.
a cutout bypasses the muffler thats why it gives more power.

Well, after my LT header install, I ran open headers for a few days. It was louder than shit and sounded sweet at first. But after driving like that, I always had a headache. Its nice at first, but after awhile, it gets pretty old and irritating. I'm not saying you won't like it, but you will cap it more than you think, electric or manual.

Check Jegs and Summit for the electric and there is one of them that comes with a 4 year warranty. QTPs only have about a years warranty and have a bad rep for burning up. Get the summit or jegs name brand cutout they aren't but about $35 bucks and are just a good as the more expensive kind.
