    Exhaust

I am looking to get the pacesetter lt's.. I have the SLP loudmouth exhaust and y pipe. Does anyone know if the y pipe i have will fit the headers? I believe the y pipe is the 2.5''. or do i need to buy a new y as well.? If so does anyone know of any group purchases or where i can get the best deal.. The black ones are fine.. No need to be Polished... Thnx

All the LT headers I've checked out use a 3" Y-pipe, so you're likely going to need a new one.

Also, one of the members here just purchased a set of Stainless F-body LT headers for a great price. We are waiting to hear if they are good quality.

If so, you might want to check them out before buying ceramic coated.

    Good Luck!

with any longtubes u will need a new y pipe. The factory cats will not work as well thats y every manufactorer offers either and ORY or catted Y. By the way the loudmouth with lt's is gonna be LOUD!!

if the cats are 3" in DIA, then yes, but you have said you have a 2.5" y-pipe now...

if you want to keep the 2.5" cats you can get 3" increasers welded on to the end and then welded into your y-pipe but that will look really cheap...

it will be off the wall loud. you will either love it or hate it. it's not for the weak or faint of heart. it will turn heads...

I got my Pacesetter LT's and ORY for $500 shipped to my door. They are the coated ones and will last longer and look better than the painted black ones. I would atleast get the coated headers. I can post message you the sight if you want since I don't think they are sponsors here. LT's/ORY into a loudmouth will be really loud and raspy. A lot of people do not like the sound but everyone is different.
