    egr valve and header question

    i just installed some headers...but the egr valve doesnt fucking fit!!!....what to do...plz help!

    same happened to me the egr valve wasnt bent at the right angle to meet the header...and your cant heat it to bend it cause its too thin...i just wound up removing the entire egr and use the block offs that came with the header..you dont need egr... but you will have a ses light until you get it tuned out..they will delete the whole egr.. 1 3/8 block plug does the trick to remove the egr....

    hey what kind of headers did you get...i got shitty hedman..they do the trick..but i want a new exhaust setup... for a mor throaty sound..any sugesstions

    i have pacesetter...the gains were gound.the sound is great . and the clearance is good.. there were just a couple of little things i encoutered during the way... i explained it all on other post.. its titled "just installed pacesetter lt's"
