car runs like shit no power but no check engine light.Changed front 02 sensors put 2 o2 sims in the back but the car feels sluggish. It does not even brake the tires.

Some states require you to hook them up if your car came with them like Kali.

You can block them off. But to keep the CEL light from coming on you need to have it tuned off.

Sims are always a hit or miss, most times a miss. Best thing is to have them tunes out.

Look over the plugs and wires again. Could have one not seated or a cracked plug. Was it having issues prior to the header install? Did you do it or had a shop do it?

No. However if it leaks it could by giving a false reading to the front O2 sensors.

The seal block off plates for them but if you have a grinder and pick up some 20g steel from Lowes/HD you can make your own.

It was either '00 or '01 that they omitted the factory EGR setup on our cars. Our '02 does not have EGR, but it did come with the crappy secondary air injection system... which I removed long ago. If you do remove the EGR system you will need to also adjust your tune to turn off error reporting or your SES will be lit.
